GROVE: Staff at an newsagents were subjected to a terrifying knifepoint robbery. The incident happened in McColl’s, Savile Way, on Monday.
A man with a scarf wrapped around his face went into the newsagents at about 6.15pm with a knife in his hand and demanded cash.
Staff in the shop handed over a quantity of money and the offender left. He was about 5ft 3ins tall, and was wearing a dark hooded top and black trousers.
