A MAN and a boy have been charged on suspicion of burglary from a funeral parlour in Wantage.
Sean Michael Wheeler, 19, of East Challow, and a 17 year-old boy from Wantage who cannot be named for legal reasons were both charged on Friday with one count of burglary.
A 16-year-old boy from Didcot was also arrested on suspicion of burglary, but was released without charge.
Officers said the charges related to a burglary on August 26 between about 10pm and 11pm.
Police said thieves entered the funeral parlour in Church Street through a rear window.
A rechargeable handheld drill, a computer monitor and a charity box were stolen.
The man and the boy will both appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 14.
