A SECOND public exhibition will be held of plans for a new 1,500-home estate in Wantage.
London developer St. Modwen will show its latest designs for the Crab Hill development – which it is now calling Kingsgrove – at The Beacon hall on Portway, Wantage, on Saturday February 3.
From 11am to 4pm the firm will be exhibiting plans for the estate's 'neighbourhood centre' and 'community building', based on feedback from a first exhibition in October.
Following the exhibition, St. Modwen will finalise and submit a 'development brief' for the neighbourhood centre and the community building, which will 'establish the principles that planning applications will be required to follow'.
