Sir, I was sorry to read that the Bott family were unhappy with the care given at Bridge House but, as they have chosen to speak publicly, I feel I would like to put the other side of the picture. My mother-in-law has been at Bridge House for ten months and we have been impressed with the kindness and care shown to her.
We accept that it is impossible to watch over every resident every minute of the day but feel that she could not be in a better place.
She had previously been in a home some miles away which was good but could not match Bridge House in excellence.
