Sir, I applied by post recently for an Indian visa via an agent. The agent received my application at midday on September 1. It was checked and sent to the Indian Embassy on the following day.
It arrived back with me at 8.30am on September 4. What service. How come it takes the British Passport Office weeks, if not months, to issue a replacement passport.
