Sir, The idea of walking down Oaksmere to the A420 to catch the bus is absurd and dangerous.
Oaksmere has no pavements, has no speed limit, is narrow, has several sharp bends and has no street lighting. The road edges have been destroyed by farm vehicles and heavy lorries.
Passengers coming back from Oxford would have to cross the A420. The council have to come up with a better plan than that before they remove our bus service.
