Sir, Our local MP, Ed Vaizey, makes regular appearances in this paper. Perhaps you should give him the opportunity to declare to his constituents why he chose to vote against the Recall of MPs Bill recently?

I am sure that we would all like to know why he feels it inappropriate to let the electorate have the opportunity to remove their sitting Member of Parliament in exceptional circumstances.

If we perform poorly at our jobs, we can be sacked. Why should MPs be any different?
