So, Ed Vaizey wants to turn the Museum into his own constituency office (Herald, April 15).
(This of course indicates he' is confident that he will get re-elected. Is he not taking us for granted (again)?
I hope this will not happen. Are there not rules on being apolitical that the museum trustees should adhere to? I have a constructive suggestion: there is a vacant building in Grove that is more suitable. It's called the Volunteer Pub.
Or would this just serve to remind Ed on a daily basis that he's done nothing significant in 10 years about getting the train station reopened!
