Bring back trees
Sir – I sincerely hope ‘the local powers-that-be’ will ensure that those monied individuals who invested in this dreadful vanity project will be making good (or else billed for making good) the tree-felling damage they gleefully inflicted down by the weir.
A quick search on the internet tells me they should have no trouble at all sourcing semi-mature alders, etc.
