Gavin Henson should make his long-awaited comeback for London Welsh at home to Harlequins on Sunday.
The Welsh international fly half last played for the Exiles on November 4, when he went off with a back injury in the Aviva Premiership victory over Bath.
Henson (left), who then picked up a calf problem in training, had been earmarked for a Christmas return.
This did not happen, but head coach Lyn Jones had better news after the defeat to Wasps.
“I would be disappointed if he is not available for selection next week,” he said.
