Jack Longford scored twice as Didcot Town extended an unbeaten run in Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West to nine matches as they came from behind to beat Bridgwater Town 2-1 on Saturday.

Didcot were fast starters and almost took the lead early on when top-scorer John Mills looked to increase his goal tally only to be denied by the crossbar.

Pablo Haysham had a chance shortly afterwards, but Jack Allward cleared his shot of the line.

Despite a slow start, it was the hosts who took the lead against the run of play.
