OXFORD United goalkeeper Max Crocombe has been included in the New Zealand squad for the OFC Nations Cup later this month.

The 22-year-old, who is yet to make his senior debut for the All Whites, is one of three three keepers in Anthony Hudson's squad.

At stake for the winners of the tournament in Papua New Guinea is a place at the FIFA Confederations Cup in Russia next year.

Crocombe returned to United last weekend for the end of season awards, having spent the campaign on loan at Barnet and Southport.

He will now travel to Brisbane on Saturday for a training camp where New Zealand will play three training games ahead of the OFC Nations Cup at the end of the month.
