Wallingford took a large step towards clinching the The Oxford Times Cherwell League Division 6 title by thrashing nearest rivals Thame Town 2nd on a day when no other side in the top half of the table took the field.
Trevor Spindler was again their bowling hero, bagging 8-40 as Thame were bowled out for only 110 after being asked to bat first.
His figures were the third best return by a Wallingford bowler in the league.
Victory was then assured by James Barrett (52no) and Lee Ainsworth (40no).
Wallingford 25pts, Thame Town 2nd 2.
Abingdon Vale lost by six wickets to promotion contenders Bourton Vale in Division 2.
Bourton made the most of winning the toss and asking Abingdon to bat, bowling them out for a meagre 106. Graham Newhook took 3-10 and William Davies 3-40.
Tom Arkle (39) then laid the platform for Bourton's reply, and although Nathan Conn took 3-43, Mark Whitney (42no) ensured they got home for the loss of four wickets.

Promotion-chasers Challow & Childrey missed out on playing bottom club Leighton Buzzard Town due to heavy morning rain Kingston Bagpuize are still in danger of being sucked into the relegation battle from Division 3 after collecting just five points at Dinton 2nd.
Kingston struggled to 132 all out after being inserted in bowler-friendly conditions. Mike Morgan (4-48) and Kelvin Burrows (3-15) did the damage.
Matt Kelloway (51) then led Dinton's run chase as they won by seven wickets.

Only veteran Roger Podbery of the Challow & Childrey 2nd batsmen could cope with the Buckingham Town 2nd attack as his side slipped to a six-wicket defeat.
After Town elected to field, Podbery hit 41 in Challow's 141 all out while Dom Pritchard took 5-43.
Robin Pritchard then hit an unbeaten 63 as the home side cruised to 142-4 to stay top and leave Challow at the foot of the table.
Buckingham Town 2nd 25, Challow & Childrey 2nd 6.
Keith Cartwright and Henry Newby ripped through the Didcot batting line-up as Brackley dismissed them for 75 in Division 5 Cartwright took 4-23 and Newby 4-22 as only Kabkondi (33) put up much resistance.
The home side did manage to scramble their way to 76-6.
Abingdon Vale 2nd's game against Bicester & North Oxford 2nd was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
Wallingford 2nd finished two runs short of victory over Aston Rowant 3rd in Division 8B.
Robert Grosse (54) led the way in Rowant's 142-9, with Richard Hadland claiming 4-27 and Gareth Richards 3-50.
Wallingford closed on 141-7, with Neil Smith (51) and William Emmett (42) impressing and Roberts taking 4-39.
A Rowant 3rd 12, Wallingford 2nd 11.
An unbeaten 73 from Magil Anandan guided promotion-chasing Abingdon 4th to a three-wicket victory away to Oxford 5th.
Former Abingdon junior Tom Swarbrick made 75 not out as Oxford finished on 158-7.
Teenager Chris Hollis took 7-47, but an eighth-wicket stand between Anandan and Richard Matthews guided them home.
Oxford 5th 9, Abingdon Vale 4th 25.
