Morris Motors Exiles and Kingston Bagpuize fought out a draw which only served to compound the two sides' predicament at the foot of the table.

Put in to bat, the Exiles amassed 282-7 thanks to 105 from the prolific Nitin Sehgal and 47 from Sid Khan.

Dave Pearce toiled away to take 4-114 from 20 overs, then watched Martin Shepherd (97) see the Baggies off to a good start.

But the visitors fell short on 241-7, while the home side were deducted five points for their slow over rate.

Challow & Childrey gave themselves some valuable breathing space above the bottom two by thrashing Tiddington.

Left-arm seamer Paul Brzezicki took 7-57 to fire Bledlow Ridge to an unlikely win over promotion rivals Bourton Vale.

But Brzezicki and Chris Welsh (3-25) fared even better as Vale, who have now not won since June 2, succumbed for just 82.
