Nondies reached 194-7, with Mark Taylor making 42 and Toukeer Ahmed 30, while Ian Bryan took 4-51.

Rob Humphreys top-scored with 84 as Bicester reached 195-9, despite George Frankland taking 4-41 and Andrew Haynes 4-44.

Lee Ainsworth hit 68 not out to lead Wallingford to a four-wicket victory over Abingdon Vale 2nd.

Ainsworth and James Barrett (67) took Wallingford to 177-6, with Tim Chivers claiming 4-19 for Vale.

Only Chris Butcher passed 30 in Vale’s 173-9, in which Alan Bowman took 3-25.

Alistair Jarvis and Jonathan Cooke shone with 69 and 66 respectively as Banbury 3rd defeated Great & Little Tew 2nd by three wickets.

They helped Banbury to 243-7, replying to Tew’s 242-7 in which Michael Darby hit 53.

Justin Penrose’s 60, supported by 32 apiece from Neil Phillips and Roger Podbery, saw Challow & Childrey 2nd to a six-wicket victory over Bledlow Ridge 2nd.

Richard Dryden (63) and Martin Harris (54) steered Ridge to 189, with Ryan Gordon taking 4-35. Then Challow’s batting trio saw them home.

Sam Janes’s all-round display helped Leighton Buzzard 2nd defeat Chearsley by 96 runs.

He made 48, alongside 81 from James Thomas and 60 from Craig Wakefield as Buzzard racked up 254-7, then took 3-31 in Chearsley’s 160, which included 4-42 from Philip Jackson.

Nick Babbington was Chearsley’s all-round star with 3-62 and 44.
