Great & Little Tew 2nd secured a four-wicket win at Abingdon Vale 2nd to extend their lead at the top of Division 6 and put a massive dent in Vale's promotion charge.

Because of the recent floods, the match was switched to Clifton Hampden, where Vale hit 189-9 thanks to Phil Evans (65) and Garry Cook (41).

Steve Murrey took 5-87 for Tew, who reached 193-6 with 17 balls to spare thanks to Tom Maxwell (63) and Piers Myatt (48no).

Wallingford moved back up to second after Trevor Spindler took 6-97 and his season's tally to 54 at home to Bledlow Ridge 2nd. Ridge's 193 all out was built around knocks by Henry Hale (51) and Conor Taylor (46).

Lee Ainsworth then hit 74 as Wallingford scraped their way to 194-7 in the penultimate over.

Tom Smith's 5-55 helped Horspath 2nd bowl out Milton Keynes Park 2nd for 113 and set up victory.

Jude Ramanadanpulle made 47 for Park, who then took seven Horspath wickets before the hosts crept home.

Kidlington 2nd climbed three places and out of the likely relegation zone by thrashing Tiddington 2nd.

Jim Blackford took 6-52 as Tiddington were bundled out for 149, then Andy Oliver (52) and Eddie Willmot (40no) saw the home side to 151-2.

Sandford St Martin 2nd had no answer to Wasim Fayyaz, who took 6-15 in a devastating ten over spell for Wolverton Town 2nd. Sandford were all out for 97 then Town cruised to 98-3, with Roger Garrini hitting 47.
