Shrivenham players celebrate after lifting the OCA League’s first silverware of the season when they beat Westbury by six wickets in the final of the Tony Pullinger T20 at Kidlington.

Westbury posted 131-8 from their 20 overs, Richard Tredwell top-scoring with 44 not out.

For Shrivenham, James Harris claimed 3-32, Adam Tucker 2-25 and Rob Wycherley 2-34.

Shrivenham eased to victory at 132-4, led by Alex Bowles’s 35 not out and Tucker’s 35 not out, while man-of-the-match Tredwell took 3-27.

In the earlier semi-finals, Westbury defeated Chadlington by 17 runs.

They posted 154-4 before Tredwell returned figures of 6-11 as Chadlington were dismissed for 137.

Shrivenham racked up 210-5 against Kidlington in the other semi-final to win by 72 runs.
