Shrivenham's hopes of being crowned OCA Division 1 champions were dashed when they lost by five wickets at home to Westbury in their title decider on Saturday.
Westbury will now mull over a decision whether to apply for a place in the Cherwell League.
In a match reduced to 40 overs a side following heavy overnight rain, Westbury put Shrivenham in and restricted them to 125-9.
Graham Judd took 5-29 in nine overs.
Alex Bowles top-scored for the home side with 28, while star batsme Conor Taylor and Alex Kill fell for a duck and three respectively.
As conditions improved after tea, Westbury eased home at 126-5, as Judd completed an excellent day with 37 not out.
The visitors took 25 overs to reach the target and spark the celebrations.
With rain washing out the entire Division 3 programme, it meant Radley were crowned champions after their title-decider at Combe was abandoned.
Radley 2nd could not stop hosts Broughton & North Newington 2nd securing a six-wicket win in a very low-scoring Division 8 match.
Scott Bradley took 4-14 and Neil Mepham 3-15 as Radley were shot out for a paltry 36.
Broughton lost four wickets as they reached the target to seal the title.
