JAMES Stacey’s magnificent century earned Sunningwell their first Steve Dixon Cup success with an 87-run win over West Ilsley at Wantage on Sunday.

Stacey hammered 142 in Sunningwell’s 255 all out, then claimed three catches as West Ilsley were bowled out for 168.

In the OCA League, hosts Radley were knocked off the top of Division 1 after an 82-run defeat at home to Stonesfield.

Tim Wyatt hit 68 in Stonesfield’s 185-8, before Liam Hatton took 3-14 and Ed Oakley 3-32 in Radley’s 103 all out.

Rob Wycherley top-scored with 68 as Shrivenham beat Charlbury by 130 runs.

The hosts set 207-5 and Conor Taylor then took 4-29, sending Charlbury crashing to 77 all out.

East & West Hendred defeated hosts Wantage by 49 runs to pull away from the Division 2 drop zone.

Batting first, Hendred were bowled out for 219 as Mark Baring hit 59 and Barry Martin claimed 4-41.

Carl Palmer (3-21) and Andrew Francis (3-25) helped to dismiss Wantage for 170 in reply.

In Division 3, Wootton & Boars Hill’s Omar Hussain claimed 5-30, helping his side to a three-wicket win at Fringford.

The hosts were all out for 140, before Wootton reached 142-7, David Pearce hitting 43.

Kilkenny condemned Britwell Salome to relegation after a 100-run victory in Division 4.

Lawrence Belcher’s 4-29 helped Dorchester to a three-wicket win at Marcham.

The hosts were dismissed for 143, before Dorchester reached 146-7, led by Mike Ottrey (45) and Adrian Redhead (42).

Division 5 leaders Sunningwell crashed to a five-wicket loss at Kennington.

They were restricted to 147-7, and Kennington then reached 148-5 as Jack Spencer-Matthews hit 51.

In Division 6, Shrivenham 2nd edged out Hanney by three wickets.

Hanney set 224, Richard Green hitting 75 and James Hilliam 58.

Dan Newton scored 127 not out for Shrivenham to all-but condemn Hanney to relegation.

Radley 2nd and Cowley Internationals 2nd battled out a tie.

Batting first, Radley were all out for 206 as Darren Jones hit 87.

Marni Abassi scored 62 in Cowley’s reply reaching the same score with eight wickets down.

There were two centuries at Uffington 2nd, who beat Minster Lovell 3rd by five wickets in Division 8.

Neil Spearman hit 101 not out in Minster’s 203-4, but Uffington reached 204-5 and victory, thanks to Simon Clark’s unbeaten 113.
