RADLEY edged out hosts Oxenford by two wickets on the target score method to move up to fifth in Division 1 of the OCA League.

Vijay Pamu’s 61 not out helped Oxenford set 160-8, having been 47-5.

After a rain delay, Radley were set 137 from 36 overs, and they edged to 138-8 thanks to Shoaib Ahmed’s 50 and Atif Liaquat’s 36 not out.

Division 2 leaders East & West Hendred romped to an eight-wicket victory at home to local rivals Wantage.

Kashif Rashid took 4-21 and Mark Baring 4-25 in Wantage’s 88 all out, before Jon Francis (31no) led Hendred to 92-2.

Clifton Hampden defeated high-flying Wolvercote by 17 runs.

Morley Benson top-scored with 62 in the tricky conditions, helping Clifton to 142-7.

Laurence Harvey’s 5-23 was the catalyst for Clifton’s victory, as the hosts were all out for 125.

In Division 4, Jack Stimpson and Chris Grosvenor saw Dorchester to a 16-run win at home to Watlington.

Steve McComb top-scored with 40 in Dorchester’s below-par total of 127-8, but 4-15 from Grosvenor and 4-36 from Stimpson skittled Watlington for 111.

James Stacey hit form in Sunningwell’s resounding eight-wicket win at Uffington.

After seeing his side dismiss the hosts for just 88, Stacey hit a rapid 55 not out to lead Sunningwell to 89-2.

Kennington fell to a five-wicket defeat at home to Brill in Division 5.

It was the Andy Wynd show as the former Horspath player took 4-5 in 5.3 overs in the hosts’ 88, before hitting 63 not out as Brill reached 91-5.

Visitors Britwell Salome lost by 24 runs at Hook Norton.

After Hooky were bowled out for 151, courtesy of three wickets each for Nick Humphries and Neil Lawrence, Britwell fell for 127 as Laurance Grimes took 4-16.

Shrivenham 2nd had a field day as they thrashed visitors Hanney by 178 runs in Division 6.

James Harris (117) and Steve Bowles (107no) saw Shrivenham rack up 314-1, Drew McHenry also chipping in with 55 not out.

Richard Deacon then took 4-32 and James Harris 4-34 as Hanney were bowled out for 136.

Joe Bennett claimed superb figures of 7-30 as Steventon thrashed hosts East & West Hendred 2nd by eight wickets.

Only Andy Broadbent (34) got going in Hendred’s 86 all out, before Steve Thompson hit 50 not out as Steventon eased home.

In Division 7, Uffington 2nd were comprehensively outplayed by hosts Ducklington.

Replying to 236-6, the visitors were no match for Ducklington’s seam duo of Hughes (6-27) and Lewis (4-10) as they were shot out for 46.

In Division 8, Dorchester 2nd eased to a nine-wicket win at Sunningwell 2nd.

John Pitson took 4-7 in Sunningwell’s 66 all out, before Chris Rudling hit 33 not out in Dorchester’s 67-1.

Gordon Fogg returned the day’s best figures with 8-15 in Kennington 2nd’s 43-run win at Westcott 2nd in Division 9.

Kennington made only 135, but Fogg’s haul saw Westcott out for 92.
