JON Obika is in the frame to increase Oxford United’s attacking options today.

The striker has missed the last two games with a hamstring strain but returned to training this week, alongside Cameron Brannagan – although the midfielder may not be ready to make his debut.

U’s caretaker manager Derek Fazackerley said: “Jon Obika should be available.

“Cameron Brannagan has not had much training since he came to the club, so whether this weekend will be too early for him, I don’t know.”

Elsewhere, if Fazackerley is looking to shake up his side then Ricardinho could be promoted after a composed display off the bench in Tuesday’s defeat at Rotherham United.

Plymouth have no fresh injury issues, but are without defender Ryan Edwards, who is being treated for testicular cancer.

Ex-United goalkeeper Luke McCormick is also sidelined following ankle surgery.
