OXFORD Rugby League have signed versatile Luke Evans, who can play at either fly half or hooker.

The 22-year-old played for Exeter University for the past four years and represented Wales in last year’s student Four Nations which they won.

The Championship 1 side’s head coach Tony Benson said: “He’s gutsy, very strong and a tough player with good skills. He is an excellent defender and is good with ball in hand.”
