BANBURY Bulls were edged out 15-12 at unbeaten leaders Old Laurentians.
Bulls led 12-8 in the second half before a converted try ended their hopes and saw them drop to third in the table.
Old Laurentians took the lead with an early penalty.
The hosts increased the pressure and were rewarded with the opening try.

Banbury came into the game near the break and replacement Jimmy Manley showed good strength to score on the overlap.
Bulls trailed 8-5 at half-time, but soon took the lead when Manley was driven over for his second try, converted by Eddie Phillips.
Old Laurentians struck decisively with a converted try from a driving maul and pressed hard after that.
Only resolute defence ensured Banbury secured a losing bonus point.
