Harwell enjoyed a 27-7 win over Aldermaston in the BB&O Championship.
Lewis Giddings led the way in scoring a hat-trick of tries, with Harry Whitwell, and Jordan Morrison also going over.
Faringdon lost 24-21 to Chipping Norton.
In the Premier, Didcot lost 46-5 at home to leaders Swindon College Old Boys and Abingdon were beaten 39-17 at second-placed Drifters.
