ABINGDON Vale youngster Felix Sissins-Roffey struck gold after gold at the Aquae Sulis Grand Prix at the Hengrove Park pool in Bristol.
Sissins-Roffey was one of 22 Abingdon members to take part – all of whom excelled.
In his last competition as a ten-year-old, Felix delivered in all of his events, accumulating nine gold medals.
In the 50m freestyle, his time of 29.79secs confirmed his ranking as the second fastest ten-year old in Britain this year.
It is the sixth fastest of all time in the British rankings.
He now holds the ten and under Abingdon Vale records in all the 12 events he has competed in, beating some that were set 30 years ago.
The Grand Prix also saw two Vale swimmers achieve National qualifying times.
Yasmin Tajalli, 14, qualified with her 50m freestyle time of 27.20 and Will DeVetta, 15, with his 50m butterfly time of 27.11, both setting club records in the process.
