JOSH Ashcroft claimed a gold medal to lead an impressive haul for Abingdon Rowing Club’s juniors at Dorney Lake.
All ten youngsters who competed for the club finished on the podium.
Ashcroft provided the highlight, winning the single scull C final by the narrowest of margins having come from behind.
The rest of the team won silver medals in B finals for the girls coxed quad sculls, plus both girls and boys doubles.
