MIKE Jennings, president of Bowls England, hosted a game against Disability Bowls England at Didcot Bowls Club on Sunday.
Jennings, who started bowling at Didcot in the 1970s, nominated Disability Bowls England as his charity for the year.
A team of disabled bowlers travelled from all over the country to take part against six local clubs, including rinks from Didcot, Hagbourne, Wantage, Suttons and Morlands.
The disability team, some of whom had competed in the Commonwealth Games, showed their class to secure victory.
