DIDCOT and Berinsfield member Morten Clements shone for Oxfordshire at the 34th Region One Tang Soo Do competition in Luton.

Contesting the adults 3rd dan at Lea Manor, he won gold in both forms and fighting.

Clements also clinched gold and the winners shield for overall men’s black belt form, and a shield for overall best competitor in Region One.

Didcot’s Stuart Dimond also enjoyed success, beating Thame’s Tim Bailey to win gold in the adult 1st gup to 1st dan forms and fighting.

Berinsfield’s Millie Bonner won a sudden-death final against clubmate Nik Lakpour in the under 9s 8th to 6th gup fighting.

Lakpour also took silver in forms, with Bonner clinching bronze.
