An artist is hoping to bring some new trade to Bradford on Avon by opening up a tattoo shop and gallery in Silver Street.
Verity Scheuber, 23, from Corsley, worked at Studio Ink in Westbury for three years and gained her apprenticeship, before deciding to set up her own studio.
She said: “There isn’t one in Bradford on Avon so I thought I would shake it up a little and I want to bring a younger generation to the town.”
Miss Scheuber, who completed a fine art degree at Bath Spa University, will be selling her paintings and drawings, as well as the work of other tattooists.
She said: “I’m holding an opening party on at the shop on Saturday.
“It would be nice for people to come along and see that I am not scary.”
