CHRIS Wilder makes four changes to the Oxford United starting line-up for the must-win clash against Southend United at the Kassam Stadium.
Teenager Connor Ripley makes his debut in goal after signing from Middlesbrough as an emergency loan yesterday following an injury to Wayne Brown in training.
As expected Damian Batt comes in at right back, so Andy Whing switches back to his more favoured role in midfield.
Peter Leven misses out through injury, so Simon Heslop makes his first start since January, while Adam Chapman drops to the bench.
The final change sees Jon-Paul Pittman preferred to Cristian Montano, who is named among the substitutes, alongside long-term injury absentee Tom Craddock.
Anything other than a victory for the U’s could see their play-off hopes ended, depending on results elsewhere.
Oxford Utd: Ripley, Batt, Duberry, Wright, Davis, Heslop, Whing, Hall, Pittman, Rendell, Morgan.
Substitutes: Crocombe, Chapman, Capaldi, Craddock, Montano.
