PARKER Tom Passed away peacefully on the 22nd November 2018, aged 85. Loving Father to Charlotte and Stephan and devoted husband to the late Nancy Parker. A service will be held at 10am on Friday the 14th of December 2018 at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford, OX14 5PA.
