LEVERETT Diane Passed away peacefully at The John Radcliffe Hospital on the 1st February 2019. Much loved sister, wife, mother and grandmother. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 20th February 2019 at West Berkshire Crematorium, Thatcham at 11.15am. Family flowers only please.
