HIGGINS Raymond Clifford (Ray) Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday June 29th 2019. Dear Husband of Wendy. Devoted Father of Rachel and Cathryn. Grandad to India and Xavier. Special Grampy to Sonny. Funeral Service at St Mary's Church Wallingford on Monday July 15th at 11.30am, followed by cremation. Family flowers only.
