EYLES Philip (John) Passed away peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 27th July 2019, aged 72. Dearly loved Partner, loving Father and Grandfather. He will be sadly missed by us all. Funeral Service will be held at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, Garford on Monday 12th August at 3.00 pm. Family flowers only please.
