ATKINS David (Sam) Passed away peacefully on Friday 6th September, aged 84. He will be sadly missed by his wife Avis and all his family and friends. The funeral service will be held at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Wednesday 25th September at 11am. Family flowers only. Donations welcome for Oxford Hospitals Charity Fund 0573 for the renal unit at the Churchill Hospital c/o The Co operative Funeralcare, 7 Millbrook Square, Grove, OX12 7JZ. Tel: 01235 766155.
