JAMES (nee Heast) Penelope Frances 8th June 1978 - 27th May 2021 We are sad to announce that, after a long and brave fight, our much loved and beautiful daughter Penny passed into peaceful sleep at her home near Geelong Australia. She was surrounded by her family - husband Gareth and her boys Freddie, Toby and Hugo and close friends. She will forever remain in the hearts of her sisters Fiona and Melanie, her Mum Janina and Dad Paul, the rest of the Heast family and friends.
