WILLIAMS Frank Born 2nd December 1925 in St Helens, Lancs. Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, 24th July, 2022. Husband of 45 years to the late Patricia Vera, father to Kevin and partner to Jacqueline Rickards. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
