TINGLEY Richard Passed away on Monday 8th August, aged 73. He will be sadly missed by his close family and friends. Richard was a dedicated Scout Leader for over 40 years and will be fondly remembered. The Funeral Service will be held at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Thursday 1st September at 1pm.
