NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order further amends the Oxfordshire County Council (Central Area, Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2011.
The effect is to provide general loading bays in Paradise Street for 21 metres opposite the new hotel being developed on the west side, south of St Thomas Street/Quaking Bridge. Currently there is No Waiting at Any Time.

(OXFORD CITY) (PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) (FILMING - SPECIAL EVENT) ORDER 2019
Date of Order: 8 July 2019 Comes into force: 16 July 2019 NOTICE is hereby given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This Order is being introduced for traffic control measures to facilitate commercial filming in the highway which is promoted by Bad Wolf (ADOW2) LTD, ADOW Production Office, Pinewood Studios Wales, Wentloog Avenue, Cardiff CF3 2GH.
The order authorises filming which will take place variously
at the following times/dates:
Tuesday 16 July 3.00pm to 3.00am Ship Street
Thursday 18 July - 2.00pm to 2.00am Catte Street & New
There will also be less restrictive locations for filming at similar times which will be controlled by Stop/Go boards or temporary traffic signals - Turl Street, Cornmarket Street and the west end of St Michaels Street, Broad Street in front of History of Science Museum, Holywell Street, Parks Road and the Weston Library service road, and from 10.00pm to 2.00am on Wednesday 17 July the exterior of the Randolph Hotel St Giles & Beaumont Street. Local diversion routes for the closures will be signed. Exemptions are included for controlled property access and for emergency services.
