RYMERS LANE JUNCTION WITH LITTLEHAY ROAD & CORNWALLIS ROAD (OXFORD) PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING FEATURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & the Highways Act 1980 proposes to construct the following traffic calming feature on Rymers Lane at its junction with Littlehay Road & Cornwallis Road, in the Florence Park area of Oxford to help improve road safety for local residents:
? Raised Junction Table - to be located at the crossroads junction of, Rymers Lane, Littlehay Road and Cornwallis Road:
° Extending approx. 12m into each road from the centre of the junction, with approach ramps being 1m* long and 75mm high (gradient of 1:12) * All dimensions are approximate. 'Reboundable' bollards in whitewith red/white reflectors will be positioned on each corner of the junction. Objections to the proposal, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and any other representations should be sent in writing to the address below (or via the web address above) no later than 30 August 2018. The County Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
