LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We Loungers UK Ltd apply for a Variation to a Premises Licence for the premises known as Cosy Club at 30-34 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH11LG. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT We have applied to Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. This application is to include the area next to the entrance on the ground floor as an external trade area. The intention is to site a number of tables and chairs here for customer use during good weather. All other aspects of the premises licence are to remain unchanged, as per the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Christchurch Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, It la an oflence to knowingly or recklessly, mnko a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine lar which a persen la liable on summary conviction may be anbject to an unlimited fine (lovol 5 on the standard acala.)
