PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath EH-611, Eastham)(Temporary Closure Order) 2019

Order Made: to close Footpath EH-611, Eastham for its entire length.

The Order has been made due to a collapsed path surface.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

having a frontage to the highway affected where there

is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary

works to be undertaken.

No alternative route available.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period

not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is

proposed to be carried out have been completed,

whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that

the Order will only be operative for 6 months

commencing on 17 October 2019.

(C2091 Eastham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2091 Eastham from its junction with U95617 Eastham to its junction with C2091 Hanley William. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2091 Hanley William, B4204 Broadheath, B4204 Rochford, B4204 Kyrewood, C2087 Rhyse Lane, C2087 Lower Rochford, C2087 Eastham, C2091 Eastham and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 4 November 2019.
