PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (A435 Portway, Bromsgrove) (50 M.P.H Speed Limit) Order 2019 (Revocation) And (A435 Portway, Beoley) (50 M.P.H Speed Limit) Order 2019 Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to extend the 50 mph speed limit Order on the following length of road in Beoley: -

A43 5 Portway (northbound carriageway) from a point 80 metres north of its roundabout junction with M42 to a point 672 metres south of that junction; (southbound carriageway) from a point 335 metres north of its roundabout junction with M42 to a point 672 metres south of that junction. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order and any affected existing Orders may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8DA and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester during normal office hours. Any objection/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall, or email

roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk

to be received by 27 November 2019.
