TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoons plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for Rocket; Putney Wharf Tower, Brewhouse, Lane, London, SWI5 2NS. The application is to vary the premises as detailed below:-To remove embedded condition PNI6 from Annex 2. A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, London Borough of Wandsworth, Merton Civic Centre, Regulatory Services Partnership, London Road, SM4 5DX Written representations must be received no later than 9th December 2019.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
