Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that Taverns East Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of an existing Premises Licence at Leytonstone Tavern, 119 Harrow Road, London, E11 3PX. The nature of the application is as follows: 1. To remove Annex 2 on the existing licence; 2. Amend Sale of alcohol (Indoors & outdoors), Recorded music (indoors) Mon - Thurs 10:00-23:00, Fri & Sat 10:00-01:00, Sun 10:00 - 22:30; 3. Open hours: Mon- Thurs, 10:00 - 23:00, Fri & Sat 10:00 - 01:30, Sun 10:00 - 22:30. Representations must be received no later than 5th December 2019. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
