APP/19/01569/F. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of assisted living/extra care accommodation (class C2) with communal facilities and car parking. Carisbrooke, 172 Canford Cliffs Road.
APP/19/01527/F. Proposed landscaping and drainage of public open space in relation to the wider planning consent (reference: APP/17/00008/F). Land North and South of Magna Road. (The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated).
