NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Orders will further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (Central Area, Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2011, and The Oxfordshire County Council (East Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone Waiting Restrictions and Traffic Management) Order 2010.
The effect of the proposals, in line with planning permissions, is to:
A. remove eligibility for residents at the following addresses to apply for Residents and Visitors Permits:
? Central Oxford Area - No.5 St Thomas Street
B. reinstate eligibility for residents at the following addresses to apply for Residents and Visitors Permits:
? East Oxford Area - No.20 London Place, - Nos.2 &3 Marston Street.

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and any other representations, should be sent in writing to the address below no later than 28 February 2020. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
