Take notice that application is being made by: Anglotown Property Management, Mr A Lickiss, for planning permission to: Demolition of existing structure. Construction of new building comprising commercial retail and office uses (A1/A2/A3) to ground floor, with 4 No. self-contained residential accommodation units to first floor and a further self-contained residential accommodation unit to the rear at second floor.

Statement of owners' rights:
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land .
