Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Young & Co.'s Brewery Plc has applied to Oxford City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Eagle & Child, 49 St Giles, Oxford, OXI 3LU. The proposed licensable activities ana their hours are : I. Supply of alcohol (on and off) 07:00 - 00:00 Monday to Saturday and 07:00 - 23:00 Sunday. To residents and by way of mini bars in rooms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2. Late night refreshment (indoors) 23:00 - 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 23:00 - 23:30 Sunday. 3 Opening 07:00 - 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 07:00 - 23:30.4. New Year's Eve - from the end of permitted hours on NewYear's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day for alcohol, late night refreshment and opening.Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, Post Point 3.6, St Aldates Chambers, 109-113 St Aldate's, OXI IDS no later than 28th April 2020 stating the grounds for representation.
