POOLE COUNCIL Westover Road - Additional Bus Stops TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT & WHERE:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT & WHERE:

? WESTOVER ROAD - no stopping at any time except buses on the western side of Westover Road adjacent to the Lower Gardens, for a distance of approximately 80m from the southern end of the police bay to the extended property boundary of Nos. 6/7 (suspension of police bay and part of taxi rank for relocation of bus stops).

^ WESTOVER ROAD - waiting prohibited at any time except for hackney carriages on the eastern side of Westover Road, from the southern end of the disabled bay outside property No. 9 for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction (suspension of payment parking place for relocation of taxi rank).

WHY: To support social distancing measures connected to coronavirus WHEN: 17/06/20 until 16/12/21 ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety. VIEW AT:

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
